With over 8 years of personal training experience and 3 years working in the industry, I have had the pleasure of helping numerous clients achieve their fitness goals. From weight loss to muscle gain, I have helped clients transform their bodies and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

My APPROACH
I am based in strength training. Although my training plans are a combination of resistance training, cardio, and stretching.
Mixing different styles leads to quicker results and covers all aspects of fitness. There is no chance any get bored. I will make you fall in love with training, will show you, and teach you how to make it fun and sustainable. And last but not least, the better shape is just a side effect, the most important is health. A healthy body and a healthy mind.

I am an experienced Personal Trainer based in East London. I've got 8 years of experience in strength training and over a year of training clients. Over these years I developed the training system, which can be tailored to client's needs. Whatever your goal is: weight loss, gaining lean muscle mass, toning, improving endurance, or flexibility.
I am based in a private fully equipped studio in East Hainault.
Also, I do mobile sessions. You can work on your goals in the comfort of your preferred area - your home or local park.
If you are motivated but need just knowledge and extra push, online sessions are for you.
My training plan is based on strength training. Although each plan has elements of cardio and flexibility training. I create plans around clients' likes. I show how to get sustainable results doing something we like.
Each plan is different, suited to the client's goals. I listen to clients and I do my best to respond to their expectations by giving them the best tools to be successful - plan, knowledge, daily support, and motivation.

With my online fitness coaching program, you'll receive a comprehensive training plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness, I will work with you to create a customized plan that is challenging yet achievable.
In addition to your training plan, I will provide guidance on nutrition and healthy eating habits. You'll receive a customized diet plan that is designed to help you reach your goals, while still enjoying the foods you love. We will work together to identify any unhealthy eating habits you may have and replace them with healthy habits that are sustainable for the long term.
Throughout our coaching relationship, we will have weekly consultations to review your progress, discuss any challenges you may be facing, and adjust your plan as needed. I will be available to you for constant support and guidance via email or messaging, so you can get the help you need when you need it.
To help you stay on track and motivated, you will also have access to a fitness app that includes workout tracking, meal planning, and progress tracking tools. You'll be able to see your progress in real-time, stay accountable to your goals, and have access to a community of like-minded individuals who are also working towards their fitness goals.
